** *took my money promising a property, **gave all the details i.e. tenancy agreement and moving date but at the last minute i.e. the moving day/date he ***contacted me by e-mail and then *found a grey area and failed the application and said my deposit is non-refundable. In my case I told ** that I needed a particular flat and explained that I had no CCJs but my credit was poor. He assured me that the referencing company that he was using would pass me because I had no CCJs. He claimed to have been working for J. Brown in Stratford who confirmed that at the time, ** was not working for them at the time he submitted my application. I paid the deposit solely on the fact that he was associated with a legitimate company but in the end he was no longer with J. Brown and I had to keep chasing him for updates on my application. To this day, he has admitted liability to poor customer service and said that he would refund my deposit. However, I'm yet to receive my monies, he's blocked my calls and has not responded to any of my e-mails regarding my deposit.

24 Nov 2017He did exactly the same to us we have been chasing him for 2month after the money has been paid last minute the landlord did not want to rent the property anymore . He just left away with out money promising he would refund it. The adress given is a building with flats not a company at all. He is a really bad person and a fucking lier .

29 Nov 2017he did exactly the same to us we paid for the agency fee 350£ promised us to refund the money after the landlord did not want to rent anymore. He never gave us our money back pretending that he would. it was 10month ago now the contact number does not exist anymore and even the estate agency he is just a fake ass estate agents. His estate agency does not exist the address is fake I have been there its just a building of flats.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
