Great - Until you get into the property. Now i know why they asked me to review them before id even moved in. From the very 1st day we moved in there was issues. Moved into a 2 bedroom flat and was only given 1 key. Had to wait a month to receive a new one. My flatmate didn't receive her bedroom window key until the last month of the 6th month tenancy. The 1st time the bath was used, the dial to raise the plug snapped off. Someone eventually came to fix the bath a week later - they had to get underneath the bath to get to the piping and therefore had to remove a tile from the side of the bath. The maintenance guys didn't put the tile back, leaving a large hole on the side of the bath with jagged pieces of wood sticking out, definitely a health and safety issue. The issue was raised immediately yet maintenance only came to fix it in the last month of the tenancy. Not all of my emails were replied to, I felt ignored at times. I actually had no problem with Nazia my agent she was quite polite, I did feel however that she was perhaps too busy for me at times, maybe had too much on her plate? Perhaps there are staffing issues - I don't know. was charged £445 "for walls, ceiling and wood work", even though I had left the place nearly immaculate. When i asked why I was being charged so much, i received an email saying it was because "the property was smoke damaged which causes a discoloration to the paintwork and a smell of smoke". I asked for photographic evidence of discolouration, and said I would like to see the flat again with an agent so that they could point out where the £445 was spent. None of this happened because "it is hard to show with photographic evidence". High fees, large deposit, crap service
