It's a rare combination to find yourself dealing with an individual who is both professional and friendly, which Rachel is. Moving home is known to be one of the most pressurised experiences and having had a somewhat horrific experience with a previous estate Agent I was somewhat cautious, to say the least, from the get go Rachel single handily restored my faith and she alone has given me the confidence to not fear the whole process and thus given me the necessary confidence with Seekers. Previously, I have been left waiting outside of properties as the agents have not turned up, I have had to chase them, Rachel had confirmed my appointment before hand and was there ready and waiting with a friendly smile...thus building an immediate rapport. I was on unfamiliar terriortory but Rachel made it feel like home, wasn't pushy or 'fake which was the case of a larger well known Estate Agent that I had viewed another property with. Rachel knew when to take a step back and when to take a step forward which displayed not only good manners but excellent outstanding people skills. I have 100% confidence in Rachel and 100% confidence in Seekers therefore laying down a good strong foundation to enable all parties to move forward.
