Absolutely appalling... PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Terrible with communication, let things drag on and only action things when they are being chased. They don't give you the full picture before you involve them. Very sly and only want to make a quick buck.

Terrible service received by a representative of this company. I would give no stars if that was an option. Ignored an email to view the house, then I chased it and got an appointment. Appalling estate agents! Refused to clear rubbish from previous tennant then charged me for clearing it charged over �300 to clean property but only slept there two nights and took two months and continuous emails and eventually contact with TPO to get deposit back.
