Extremely poor service in returning there clients calls. I called me made an offer on a property which I was very desperate to purchase. Me and my wife thought we had finally found the house of our dreams only for the agent to not bother returning my call. I was told to make an offer which I went above the asking price till the agent was happy with the offer and said they would call back by Wednesday. I waited all day that day only for the day to come close to an end so I called them asking about the property and the offer I made only for the agent to say the property was sold. I was shocked as no one called me as promised and I thought I would at least be told if I want to make a higher bid. I feel as though I was neglected and the offer I made was not respected even though I went above the asking price. Me and my wife now have to go through another cold winter in a rental property as we have been looking to buy our own house for 2 years. The person I spoke to was a chap called Zack. When I did call the agent was not even bothered that I was upset and blamed the whole issue on having too many bidders and said they couldn't contact all the bidders and that's why I didn't get a call back. Why do you have an office full of people who don't have the time to call all bidders. My bid was above the asking price and I would have gone higher if given the chance. I feel as though this company has denied me of the chance to get my dream home. I thought all estates agencies were supposed to make your dreams come true. Very unprofessional attitude forme some of the staff. They do not know how to speak to clients and some of the staff have no interest in there own job as they can not even give a customer a follow up call and tell the customer that they appreciate the offer they made . Instead they didn't even know what my offer was I had to keep confirming it. The manager needs to look at members of staff in that place as clients bids on properties are not being taken seriously. They are not looking at there customers best interest as they are not taking the best offer they are taking the offer which suits them. Worst estate agency ive ever come across. Do not use there service as they don't help you to buy the house you want . They just neglect your calls and deny you of your dreams.
