Scam agents in Gravesend and Dartford. For Tenants, this agency will proceed with Reference Checks after you view a property without informing the Landlord and without confirming the Landlord wants to proceed. This is to take your money quickly.
Comments on Agent Fees
I am concerned the Tenant was charged with referencing fees prior to the landlord approving their interest. It is expensive for a tenant, and this agent proceeds without Landlord consent.
