Very racist and rude.They,or someone from the office,is a friend with landlord and create us a lot of problems ending in evictions and the property is for rent again.We paid every time,on time,and when we asked for repairs they evicted us.If you rent through them be sure you do not answer the phone,just e mails,because,as they said,the experience is recommend them not people.All the harassing thing will be gone said by phone.Record everything,otherwise you will be blamed for and no deposit back.A real estate agency should be in the middle between tenants and landlords but they are just with landlords.After the first year they increase our rent,we was not agree with that,and someone told me that they should not increase the rent with more than 3%,which they did.After we rent and we saw their behavior we spoke around and nobody was happy with them,and of course at least 3(three) people they did not receive the deposit back for silly things overcharged.Feel free to contact me for any other information.At least 2 hours of talking just to explain what we have been through.

Hugely disappointed with this company. When we left the agent took a picture of the gas and ere electricity meter reads. She emailed these across. We provided these reads to Scottish power, paid fully and overpaid an extra £20 too. All finished and sorted. Fast forward a year later ... Read Full Review
