The service from start to was very good, Paul knew the ins and outs of renting properties, including the legal requirements necessary to proceed. He was extremelly helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, I am also aware the tenants that moved in had a very professional and enjoyable move. A real step in the right direction and I would not dream of using any other agent other than Wam Lettings. They are also regulated and Liscenced by ARLA & NALS, which gave me great peace of mind, the only agency in Kirklees to my knowledge that is members of both associations. Seriously good and very friendly.

If I could give no stars, I would. Shambolic dealings with this company - Katie in particular. I don’t have enough words to express how poor and unprofessional she was with me. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
