Shocking experience renting through Bothams. We lived at a property for 5 years. Nothing was ever fixed or rarely unless major. The agents would send a handy man(!!) out who would do a quote and then never come back. So upsetting and stressful. We've left now thank God however they now want all of our deposit. We are fighting this. However I really think people should be aware before being duped. Avoid like the plague!
