Mark Shepherd and Mark Latham guided us through the process of selling our house with both professionalism and the degree of empathy needed in what can be a stressful process without the right support. Their knowledge of the local area and market was a huge benefit and they were always happy to take your call and keep you informed of progress. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them.
They earned their money helping to keep the chain intact and making sure after they had sold the house they kept the process moving until we exchanged.
