When we needed to move fast Kym made it happen. She couldn't have been more helpful and in my opinion went over and above her job description. She has checked on us several times to make sure we are OK and happy and is always there if I have a question. Will definitely be using her again.

Fees are the same as every other agent unfortunately. But you gave a choice. Pay it or dont pay it...

AWFUL. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING SEEKERS, LIKE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT KEEP IN CONTACT. AVOID. My mother paid these to sell her park home in 2017. You have to pay them £795 up front. They took her money and did nothing.
