They managed my tenancy of a house at the beginning and end of the tenancy agreement. My landlord told me I was the best tenant he had ever had by a long way, but it still took me 3 weeks to get my deposit back!! And that was after chasing the letting agents twice! Imagine how long it might have taken if I hadn't chased them or I wasn't a model tenant! Their customer service is obviously their bottom priority.
