Absolutely horrendous!! Totally incompetent!! I was promised a rent rebate the day I moved in due to the property being uncleaned and needing empying. Numerous telephone calls and emails to them were ignored or I was fobbed off by her lies. Nine months later and we have moved somewhere else and I still haven't received it. All communication I had with her was unbelievably unprofessional and had a long wait for anything to get done, if it was done at all. She is very rude and I am amazed they are still operating! Worst agents ever!!
