I recently began the hunt for a flat to rent in order to move to Lancaster. After contacting a variety of different estate agents in the area, Fisher Wrathall were by far the most interested in helping me. I found Kate, and other members of the Fisher Wrathall team to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to especially state that Kate Turver really helped me with all the procedures, and obviously worked very hard to help me, and I am very thankful. I wound recommend anyone looking for a property to rent to contact the Fisher Wrathall team, as their help was exceptional.

Competitive with other agents. We could have found a lower percentage charge, but felt happy to go with Fisher Wrathall's professional approach.
