I find this estate agent very difficult to contact never answers his phone ..gave him a months notice to end tenancy in writing to p.o. box 6990 Mansfield and it does not exist..he robbed us of some of our bond money which we did not agree with...the most dishonest estate agent iv ever known steer clear of this company.....

Letting agent had to be chased to forward rent statements/rent payments ,frequently !. Kept changing AST 's -charging for each one Refused to forward tenants details to new letting agent did not forward copies of AST's to landlord , who had no idea who was in the houses ! Charged us for bank ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
After that service there was no returning ..

charged for changing AST\'s that were not due to be changed charged for bank transfer fees , that we had paid charged for services over 2 yrs old that had not been invoiced to date (until final statement)

15 Aug 2016I find this really hard to believe, by all accounts this guy is very unprofessional and most of the ex tenants and landlords contacted seem to think this is a fake...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
