These Agents have not provided good service, with lack of information, not providing paperwork, mistakes, payment delays, statements and communications were delasyed, not sent or replied to as delays of sending statements of over several months entailed to find out rents were stopped months later. ... What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done nothing to rectify the negligence and lack of service that was not provided, as they are unprofessional do not use the guidelines or ARLA or any other associations and so it makes you think first before you use such agents.

I would not go to this mickey mouse estate agent. Their website promises quality service and that is not what i got. They are very slow in providing tenants in rented accomodation. THEY DO LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE OR RESPOND TO CORRESSPONDANCE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE BUT THEY ARE COWBOY ESTATE AGENTS. SEE REVIEW.
