These Agents have not provided good service, with lack of information, not providing paperwork, mistakes, payment delays, statements and communications were delasyed, not sent or replied to as delays of sending statements of over several months entailed to find out rents were stopped months later. ... They could have done nothing to rectify the negligence and lack of service that was not provided, as they are unprofessional do not use the guidelines or ARLA or any other associations and so it makes you think first before you use such agents.

I would not go to this mickey mouse estate agent. Their website promises quality service and that is not what i got. They are very slow in providing tenants in rented accomodation. 19 Oct 2012Mr Shah - I totally agree with your comments on this joke of an estate agent! I was a tenant of theirs and they provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered! No friendly service...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
