Having had our house on the market for some months without success, we enlisted the services of Prescott Hall. Thuin and Lee visited to take the necessary details and photographs and we were so impressed with their friendliness and professional manner, we immediately felt less stressed than we had been. We had numerous visits from prospective buyers before the right person came along. We were also purchasing a property which was on the books of Prescott Hall. Having experienced some minor setback the sale and purchase has been finally settled. Throughout our contact with Thuin and Lee, we have been overwhelmed by the way they have helped us. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, and they have constantly kept us posted on the various developments. It is said that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but with Prescott Hall so much of the stress is taken away. We are so thankful for their help over these passed weeks. We have no hesitation in recommending them if you want the best estate agent in Chester. Thank you once again Thuin and Lee.

Absolute farce of a company. Supposedly one of their employees has over ten years experience in estate agencies. What a load of tosh.
