Contacted Lovelle about properties to view and they were polite and helpful in booking viewings. Viewed a property and were specifically told, upon asking, no-one else had applied - so we applied. The day AFTER applying, we were told they were expecting other people to apply within the next day or so and wanted to give the landlord a choice. 6 days after applying we received a phone call saying the landlord had chosen someone else. Immediately after hanging up on us we were called back to ask if we wanted to view one of their other properties, to which we told them we already had and then they asked if we wanted to apply for that instead - we said we were going elsewhere.

Unknown - we never paid anything to them - our only saving grace.

Our customer service is very dear to us and we strive every day to get it right. We read with interest that we attempted to find the best tenant for our landlord by accommodating all requests to view and by not simply operating on a first come first served basis.
