Rude staff who seem to have no idea what they're doing! It took 8 months to write up a contract for us to sign as our property was originally managed by DRAKE HOMES whose director was arrested. The new contract was full of strange clauses that were non-negotiable. In the last few weeks they asked us to authorise a repayment of our deposits from the DPS to change to a new deposit scheme. They have now held our money over a month and we've not seen any confirmation of this new scheme. When handing my keys in at the end i was met with rudeness and hostility. STAY AWAY.
