We used David Andrews Homes to sell our house in Hampshire after seeing their advert in the local paper. They promised to sell the house without the usual high commission fees charged by estate agents, so we gave them ago. Sure enough, they came round, took the usual photos and measurements of the house and had it on the market the next day. The guy who came round was pleasant, friendly and not a high-pressure salesman like most estate agents seem to be. I was impressed - and even more impressed when they started sending us viewings after only one day. In the end, it took them about two weeks to get an offer, which we accepted.
