I receive housing benefits, they paid my old landlord by mistake, she then preceded to harass my guarantors the day the rent was due, threatening legal action, in my face to face meeting with her she mocked my disability, my partners battle with cancer and told her husband/minder to "throw this pathetic cripple of a man out of my office". 2 weeks later, boiler breakdown. She flatly refused to do any work, I informed Bury MBC Environmental Health Dept which after speaking to her, served her with a 3 day enforcement notice, which was ignored, Bury MBC ended up fixing the problem and billing her. I've since done without hot water due to it breaking down again as she has served me a notice to quit and has stated once more she'll do nothing to fix anything. Another tenant in this apartment block has similar problems with this narcissistic woman.
