Appalling customer service. When have approached for any issue, it has not been addressed in entirety, or on time. Advertised as a family-run agency but this does not make them any more friendly and they have been very rude on the phone. Have needed to chase them several times for the same issues. Over the winter when my door was letting draft in due to an ineffective seal, was chasing up the agency to resolve this and eventually had to use cellotape myself out of desperation, still ended up with a �455 bill.

The agent was late for the viewing, looked at me, turned away and spoke to a handyman for 2 minutes before wandering over to say hello, no handshake. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
