I don't have much experience of them, except from a very recent one whereby they arranged a viewing for me in East Harling, (I am in south Essex and relocating, so the journey for me was quite substantial. I arrived on time to see a couple leave from a previous viewing, I then had mine, halfway through talking to the couple regarding the property there was a knock on the door, this was prospective purchaser 3 wanting their viewing! totally unprofessional in my mind. Joanne at the Attleborough office scheduled a feedback call to me 48 hours after, which never came, I had considered my options and decided to put in an offer, however I had to call the Attleborough office, and when I spoke to Joanne, she informed me that a dependable offer had been made, and the deal was closed, she also informed me that her colleague had called me on two occasions, which was a lie, as my phone would have recorded all missed calls, (and what was wrong with leaving a voicemail?) or even a text, or email? there were none, so in summary, I had spent �30 on fuel, wasted a perfect sunday, and had no information from the agent that a sale had been agreed, would I want to do business with them again? I really don't think so.
