Have contacted Mills Knight this morning to arrange a viewing on property which they currently want to let out. It's a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Poringland. After I said that we have 3 children the agent replied that the landlady accepts only 1 child in property which seemed weird as it's a 3 bedroom semi-detached house. We are currently in the same size property.
Comments on Agent Fees
Fees are pretty much similar with other agencies so is good.

Mills Knight are a smaller agency compared to some of the bigger ones but I chose them because they are a family run business with good local knowledge and their fees were so much more reasonable that most of the others. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
