The fees they charge are so reasonable and completely justified based on the work they do. I happily paid them and think if we had gone with someone cheaper or online, we probably would have got a lower price so the fees were paid for by what they delivered.

We believe that you get what you pay for. Although there may be cheaper Estate agents locally, we believe that for the service from B&W warrants any potential extra cost as the follow up service is so good. The fees are not too high and are well earned.

Very agreeable.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
