Cook, Curtis sold a house for me in 2017. Julia Bailey did an absolutely first rate job and I am extremely happy with the service the company provided at all stages of the process. They informed me of the potential problems and attractions of the house in the initial evaluation, they produced a first rate brochure, kept me fully informed about all viewings, and then subsequent negotiations and offers. If you have a house for sale in the Cambridge area, go to them first. You will not be disappointed. Ken Newton 28/04/2017.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
