This has been a terrible experience: more than a year without any viewings, prospective viewings cancelled an hour after the time of the viewing, agents not even bothering to show our flat and requesting we do the work for them. I feel really let down by this service.

I paid 12 months’ rent upfront plus a large deposit, yet Barnard Marcus failed to disclose serious risks: the upstairs owners had an active role in the property and a freehold relationship with my landlord, creating an obvious conflict of interest. 12 months’ rent upfront plus deposit. Extremely high cost for a tenancy that was unsafe and mismanaged.

I don't even know where to begin this is the worst agency i never seen in my life. The lady called mouna that works in Finchley branch showed use a house in 8 Darcy close N20 we put an offer and the landlord accepted the offer. after 1 months of waiting for them to do the reference we received ...
