This has been a terrible experience: more than a year without any viewings, prospective viewings cancelled an hour after the time of the viewing, agents not even bothering to show our flat and requesting we do the work for them. I feel really let down by this service.

12 months’ rent upfront plus deposit. Extremely high cost for a tenancy that was unsafe and mismanaged.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
