Really easy to contact, lovely staff and try to fix things when they can. They provided a really detailed inventory, I emailed back quite a few photos of more damage and they replied promptly to say that they had added the photos to the inventory. Will give 5 stars depending on the outcome of the return of deposit and how the end of the tenancy is dealt with.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
