I would personally say the way that Mike treated me and my partner was absolutely abbismal. He showed no care towards us or our flat even when we eventually went to the doctors as we were getting ill from the damp which he told us was fixed, then we had to pay out of our own pocket for dehumidifiers for a flat that we complained about on many occasions for us to be ignored and laughed at because of our age and they thought they could mess us about. He also told us there was a new boiler being fitted for when we moved hence the fact we gave him £1500 upfront before we could even move in for the boiler to break, daily. My boyfriend was also screamed at by the builders downstairs who said I wasn't stupid for 'not using the shower curtain' when the bathroom floor had holes in therefore water leaked into the flat downstairs which they are trying to do up. I have also spoken to previous tenants who said they had the exact same problems. Also before me and my partner moved in but after we gave them an extortionate amount of money out flat was shown around to my own mother to be sold from under us. Then some bullshit excuse was given for us to be kicked out so they could sell the flat. Also may I just add that I have photographic and video evidence of all ththe things wrong with that disgusting flat including the fact that our floor was made out of ply wood on a second story flat which wasn't supported and had 6/8 holes in it to the outside of the building where a bee had decided to make its home and luckily we are not allergic otherwise mike could have had a lawsuit on his hands due to the flat not being safe.
