Simon is by far the most honest reliable helpful and kind agent i have ever met, he has helped myself and several of my friends find rented accomodation over at least the past 5 years and gives tenant and landlord advice whenever we need him. He has also helped my friend sell her house that wasnt even his area but stepped in just because we asked him to. There fees are the best around and I guarantee if you use Nicholls to buy sell or rent your home you will never use another agent again.
