As a company we instructed 2 local agents to market a potentially tricky older style property close to the town centre. Oliver James quickly introduced a number of viewers and following a visit to their office which clearly demonstrated an excellent knowledge of both market conditions and local knowledge, was able to agree a sale very close to original expectations. The transaction was well progressed to exchange and contracts within a reasonable timescale.

David Wilkins is the most unprofessional estate agent I have ever encountered. He is unreliable and outright rude. I feel sorry for anyone letting a property through this joke of a man/business. What agent could do to change your mind?
David Wilkins was extremely slow to complete basic procedures, took excessive time off work, and didn\'t get back to me on my lease offer for weeks. He has shouted at me over the phone, used stereotypes to describe me when talking to my housemate and was also extremely rude when he attended a house inspection at the property. This man should not have a job.
