They have managed my property for over 3 years and I have had absolutely no problem whatsoever and i live abroad I will recommend them. For people who complained maybe you did not clearly define the terms upfront. I will use them again

The level of fee\'s is as expected but the terms far better. B&B apply the fee\'s in a far more real and fair manner so don\'t just look at the fee\'s look at how your agent intends to charge them - the difference is huge!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
