Had house on Market with Martin and Co for a month. Not even had one viewing, the house was in good condition and ideal first time buyers house. They kept talking about investors. In the end had a test purchaser, A friend rang said he was a first time buyer and very interested. 48 hours later nobody had returned his call. Contract had been signed but they had not given us copy or cooling off period so we were able to cancel and get a dual estate agency deal. Other agent was able to get us 5 viewings in first week and an accepted offer. Seem to just concentrate on lettings and obtaining property for investors. Not recommended if you want to sell a House.
