Appalling Service: Sub standard service from the beginning to end. As soon as we signed on the dotted line the flaws began to show. One of the biggest irritations was that we were never made aware that this company outsourced there property checks, not alone they did not do what was set out in the agreement. One and only property check in 9mths, which stated in our agreement every three to four months. Phone communication is a complete and utter joke you would never get anyone familiar to speak to it was always hold we will transfer the call, no one knew what was going on, or they are not available, which meant another phone call. This company needs to exercise a very different method on applying any customer service whatsoever and not just taking your money without giving professional satisfaction which the customer is entitled to. We would never recommend this company and can say that the whole experience has left us with a sour taste in our mouths.
