Exceptionally unprofessional staff. I had a sales viewing confirmed at 6:30 pm and I had informed I'd be 10-15 mins. delayed. I went to the property (a 1 hr.'s commute one way after work and a further 1 hr. from home) and no one was there!!! I waited, called, texted to no response. At 7:10 pm the Sales Manager Ruhel called back to say that 5-15 mins. before the viewing, on their own accord, unbeknownst to the customer, they decided not to turn up!!! An utter waste of 3 hrs. of my limited time after work hrs. Furthermore, he mentioned that this happens all the time to thousands of customers and to 'take it on the chin'! I'm utterly surprised at such callous attitude to their customers. Avoid if you want to save your precious limited time.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
