I cannot recommend Village Estates in Elstree highly enough. I have had a significant amount of experience with Estate Agents recently and am generally very suspicious of such characters. Phil Merrit and his team, including Jack, however, have hugely impressed me during the course of the sale of my house in Elstree. My house sold in 2 weeks and I am convinced that the sale price was the best achievable (the figure was the same as that recommended by another local neighbouring agent as an optimistic starting price). They also worked exceptionally hard in difficult market circumstances to shepherd the sale through to completion - which required a huge amount of intervention in the face of some serious obstruction from solicitors on the other side. I strongly recommend Village Estates in Elstree for their integrity, work ethic and excellent (and proactive) customer service.
