I met with Nouri to view an available property. At the time, he seemed to be well informed. I asked to take a couple days to mull over my decision to make an offer (or not). Nouri advised the per week price he thought the landlord would accept and I then found a competing letting agent with a lower per week price online. Nouri was not aware of the updated price. After viewing the property a second time I made an offer and the offer was accepted. I was hounded by Nouri and Oliver for the deposit and as soon as it was received, they vanished. I should also add that on two of my flat viewings Nouri advised the outdoor space was available for use. This was 100% clear. I have now been informed by the property management company that I am not allowed to use the outdoor space. The above is in addition to the issues I had from commencement of my lease. I contacted Vita Properties to discuss, was advised Oliver Kent would contact me and well, he did not. To add insult to the list of issues below, I was advised by Vita Properties to move my tenancy up by one week (or the landlord would not accept), so I paid a full weeks rent for a flat that was not ready for tenancy. no working fridge for two full weeks from commencement of lease to date dials on multiple radiators do not work which means I heat the entire place, or not 2/4 burners do not work with the igniter (landlord suggests to use a match...) I was given two sets of keys - half of the keys did not work and I am chasing for replacements there were multiple boxes left in the master bedroom - I had to chase to have these removed or hardware mounted (toilet rolls/tv mount)
