I put in an offer on a property which was accepted by Evans. After contracting a solicitor to carry out conveyancing and searches, Evans contacted me to say they had received a higher offer which the vendor obviously accepted. Despite Evans sending me a notice of sale they continued to market the properly (with a more positive description ) and without putting a subject to contract alert on the ad.

28 Nov 2020Just purchased a property through Evans Estate Agents on The Green. Can’t really fault their service, “Louise” was ALWAYS available and helpful and the sale went through without any major issues???
