This place does not even deserve one star. Owners are frauds and connen. They failed to collect rent from my property for over 18 months and now Raj has gone into hiding. Every time I have visited AR he seems to never be in and I send one of my family members to go there every single day. There is always an excuse rolling off each employees tongues in which why Taj has not turned up - its as if they were taught these excuses as part of their training. Absolutely rubbish. AVOID AT ALL COST. This place is going to go down one day and I hope it's soon! Police have been informed of the fraud. Everyone needs to report this place.

19 Jul 2017My Dear, it's not that he hasn't collected your rent for 18 months, of course he has, he has the money just keeps it for himself which is Stealing to keep his lavish lifestyle. Who drives In a brand new Merc and Bentley??? He does. How does he live this lifestyle? The tenants rent. And doesn't pay landlords. This is where it's going wrong. He's a conman.

This place is run by money-hungry amateurs who have no professional qualifications in this sector. They have no respect for clients and lies upon lies are told to both tenants and landlords. Extortionate, they tried to charge a late payment fee for rent - when asked where it mentioned such fees in the contract, no answer or explanation was given. Also increased the rent and gave no explanation for reason of increase.
