Diabolic customer service and communication between agents and customers. Booked viewing for a commercial property, One of their staff member showed us the place. We were happy with the place and wanted to put deposit but he said he will send us an email. Today 2 months later no response even after numerous attempts to speak to the guy who met us on the day of viewing or the other guy sitting in the office doing nothing. Just waisted our time.
