Zero Stars Blatant robbery by overcharging tenants and also it seems landlords. Why anyone would use these agents is beyond me; they lie and make up false claims to charge extra on top of fees and rent. The £145 renewal fee is disgusting and the ban cannot come quick enough.

Rented a flat for my son through this shambles. Agree totally with other reviews, stay away! They lie, cheat & steal. Would never use them again. They removed a new bed from the property prior to end of tenancy & sub-let it. This was after giving them a key for viewing, paying rent in full... Read Full Review

Horrible Agency, really rude staff. Called lots of times for about 1 month because in the property there is a oven that is not working and a broke wardrobe.
