I would strongly suggest that you do not use this company. The staff lie and will charge you top dollar for a very poor service. We were told by two different people that they were the manager. One of course was lying. The first girl who showed someone round our property actually put the propert down and talked the people out of buying it, she had not done her homework and knew nothing about the area or plans, she actually told them that the field at the rear was going to be built on when it has a 25 year no build covenant on it as part of the estate agreement to build. They charged such high fees we had to stay and sell at too high a price,we were told that they couldn't reduce the fees then we found out they were actually doing an offer for �4000 less than they were charging us. They sent a couple round who were not in a position to buy despite us making it clear that we could not reduce our price, the couple told us they were told to put a cheeky offer in because we were desperate to sell due to having to move back to the midlands due to my mother in law being ill, how despicable is that? Estate agents don't have a very good name as it is, these are up there as the worst.
