At the room view everything was ok so many promises and things they will do before i move in , after i payed the deposit that is it, i took 4 months to get a tv on the living room and my contract was only for 6 months, the landlord was never available, it took him 4 days to come and check a leak on my room after he check it he told me no problem it will be fix in couple of days, few days past and i dind hear from his till the ceiling of my room came down i had post some pictures in here, all my Pcs (2) printer and screen were damage because of the amount water accumulated on the ceiling it drop on all my equipment ofcourse they didnt pay for the damage to my equipment i just got an email saying for good will we can have a look to your equipment be cause i did not report the leak on time, i was be upset coz all my work information was on the Pcs, but the best part is qafter i left they refuse to give back my deposit untill i pay damage to the room , i could not belive the damages were done when the ceilling collapse and now they want to charge me for it , in concultion ther not profetional and after they trap yo with the contract they dont care about tenancy so far the worst agency i been with . ohhhh cleaning the community area and the garden never happen, probably coz it took them 5 months to get a new vacumcleaner on the house. worst experience ever i must add. to all of rooms and house hunter read reviews first honestly it helps.

Having spoken to some of the landlords, I understand that they are frequently encouraged to raise the rent of the property. Although I do understand that this is a business - this does present the potential to make the property less affordable for people.
