We viewed a property on Saturday 11th March the lady was lovely who showed us around we loved the property and went to branch to show our I'd On the Monday I had to phone the branch regarding the deposit and was told they'd been busy I then paid the deposit On the Tuesday I got answer machine message saying we wasn't accepted as credit file wasn't good enough within five mins the property was back up for rent yet my husband had called the office to say we could have a guarantor which was his boss We got told he would ring landlady We was then told she would speak to her husband We assumed that night being Tuesday Wednesday no news Myself and my husband had tried to ring and email no response Same again Thursday Same again Friday then we get email saying landlady husband not back from business trip till Friday Saturday we rang no answer Saturday we emailed 5-30 we get email saying landlady won't except us It's taking 5 days and felt totally let down no help at all

23 Dec 2018Very disappointing service. I viewed a property in October, offered to cover fees and deposit. They wasted my time and gave the property to someone else without an explanation. Unprofessional attitude from staff, very poor communication during each enquiry. Estate agent is dodgy!
