Finding a decent secure studio flat in London for a couple is not that easy and would like to thank Frognal Estates especially Robert for making our life easier. Robert helped us with the viewing and the flat was exactly how he described with honest suggestions as to why the flat ideal for a couple. Studio flat was painted and looked even better when we moved in. Very helpful and kind of him for not only completing all the formalities/paperwork in smoothest of way but also in helping us get a new broadband connection(even paid �25 cash to virgin media on my behalf as I was out of London). Most importantly, a pending repair work not so critical was also fixed promptly the same day(surprising for me). Would definitely recommend Robert and Frognal Estates for lettings

My deposit wasn't protected whilst with them and they wanted me to unnecessarily come in to waste my time in order to collect my deposit.
