I have used Tatler's to sell our flat and I have to report that they were honest, receptive, TRUSTWORTHY, flexible and completely met my needs. In today's Brexit market (which is difficult), they did not offer me the highest price for my flat (when assessing market price), but their valuation was what the market could bear and yielded a result! Hakan, Lewis, Daniel, Marco were all stellar and I completely recommend them. I do not usually write reviews, but I offered to do so as they were well above what I expected. In contrast to them, I had asked two other real estate agencies and I was appalled by one of them which offered me a much higher price for my flat, but I felt I could not trust them. I was and am continuously contacted by this agency (even though I CLEARLY told them I was not interested) and they continue to contact me, when I tell them to stop. They attempted to ask me to break my commitment to Tatlers by offering me more money, but I did not as I was appalled by their ethics. Today, after a successful sale with Tatlers, I am so glad with my choice.
Comments on Agent Fees
The fees were fair. I did not bargain them to rock bottom as I think it is important to motivate them for a sale.
