We are an independent family run agency entirely dedicated to the Letting and Management of residential property in Dorset.
Based in the pretty market town of Wimborne Minster, our area extends between Blandford to the North, Verwood to the East and South to the coastal towns of Poole and Bournemouth.

We always aim to treat customers with respect and operate fairly between landlords and tenants. Communication is at the heart of what we do and we have an excellent track record for maintaining the properties we manage. A large number of our tenants have been renting through us for many years.
As we are regulated by ARLA Propertymark, customers can be reassured by our Client Money Protection. This means whatever happens, all the rent and deposit paid to us is safeguarded.

I have dealt for many years with Sue Pritchett at Harker and Bullman and the most positive aspect is the 4 monthly regular visit she pays to our houses. This ensures a thorough knowledge of the tenants and how they keep our house. The other brilliant thing is the comparative quotes she find you when some maintenance needs done. i have also had very knowledgeable advice as to the property market trends. The follow up from Jo is always very prompt.
