I have rented homes with quite a few agents and this is the only one to have charged me a cleaning fee for a miscrscopic speck of dirt. They refused to arrange a check out time at which i could attend and then came about 2 weeks later to look at the property. In addition they close at weekends and have an hour lunch break at which time it is not possible to contact anyone. This is not a very tennant focussed organisation

The fees are ridiculous and obviously designed to make extra income for them whch is obviously spent on their lavish office on the high street. The deposit was also more than a months rent

Fishers were okay, we rented from them for a few years. Charged for references, contract renewal and heavily for garden not being mowed on move out even though had paid £100 for this a few months before. The new Tenant's bill will improve things though.

The only good thing about this agent is that they do not charge extortionate agent fees (thus far) and they actually showed up to the viewing (which a lot of agents didn't do sadly enough). Just terrible. Have ridiculous opening hours meaning you can never contact them. Even when they are meant to be open the phone rings out and no-one picks up.
