I have asked this agency several times about new properties they're advertising and they evade or just will not answer my questions. They advertise 70% of homes sold in Victoria Road, impossible as that equals 4.2 if true due to only 6 open market homes. So, a lie. Very evasive and for that reason I wouldn't use them nor recommend them.
