Atkins residential provided a tenant find service where i do the viewings. They wrote a very good ad with some great descriptions They filtered the tenants to save my time being wasted. I'm very satisfied and I'm now using them for other properties.

A very dishonest agency, who should train their staff better so the information that is communicated to future tenants is consistent and fair. In 10 years dealing with letting agents, Atkins has been the worst. No compromises or resolutions were even considered. We will certainly not looking at ... Read Full Review

Very bad, they took 100 pounds agency fee, we waited 2 weeks to finally have a negative return of our application 3 days before the move in date,
